Everybody these days wants their money to go further and downsizing from a large property to a smaller one, preferably within walking distance to shops, is a frequent request. This smart house could be the downsizer’s dream buy.
The entrance leads into a well fitted kitchen with all mod cons. The dining room is adjacent or you may want to make this your living room. The downstairs bathroom is tiled cream, sited under the stairs. The house throughout is in good condition and not even in need of redecoration unless you want to put your own mark on the place. One of the three bedrooms is downstairs but there is some attic space next to the two upstairs bedrooms so you could do some re-jigging and have further living room downstairs.
