If you have been searching for a new build project near a village and are a bit overwhelmed by getting such a project kick started, here is a good proposition for you. Much of the hard work and the planning stage has been done and the actual house build is ready to go.
This good sized, half acre plot has got water and electric connected and mains drainage close by to link into. The plans are at present for a three bedroom pavillon (single storey) dwelling.
