When abandoned cottages or farm buildings are sold off one problem can be the lack of land going with a property. If you are looking for lots of land but don't want an equally large restoration project then this property may be worth a look.
The existing habitation is just one room with an old chimney and a temporary steel roof. There is an attached barn and a further outbuilding with no roof further down the lane.
