I hope the title doesn’t suggest a pet cemetery; this is simply a perfect location for horses to live in. It is not exactly the worst place for humans either! I love the approach, up a long private driveway. You could even create a tiny guest annexe in the outbuilding which is currently set out as an office.
Entrance is through a lean-to conservatory which could be properly incorporated into the house. There is a living room with wood burner and views of the garden. From here one can access the formal dining room. The fitted kitchen is modern and benefits from a utility room directly behind it. The main staircase leads up to the master bedroom and a large bathroom which incorporates a separate shower. The second bedroom – which can be reached through the master – can also be accessed from a separate staircase with a study area on the landing. A small outbuilding currently consists of two rooms with laminate floors which could be easily used as guest bedrooms.
There are formal gardens surrounding the house, a piece of woodland and two hectares of fields.
