Once this was a barn then, in 1976, the present owners bought it. They did the conversion and have had many happy holidays here. The garden, now, is too much for them and so they have decided to sell.
The door at the front opens into an entrance hall leading through to the living room. There are beams and a bar and a fireplace and with 42m² there is plenty of space to eat and to relax. French windows open onto a covered terrace that is pleasant for summer meals. The tiled kitchen is small but adequate although it would benefit from a makeover. The property is situated in a small hamlet about 2kms from the village of St Romain where there is a bar and a boulangerie. For supermarket shopping the market town of Civray 10 minutes drive.
