Many cottages come with garden to the front or behind, but not both; not a problem here. Whatever time of day you can seek out the sun or shade. Perfect already for a couple or as a holiday home, a third bedroom can easily be added upstairs, something the current owners are contemplating doing. This is an attractive home at a sensible price.
The front door leads into an attractive hallway. To the left is the large kitchen which has a fireplace and to the right the spacious living room, with an open fire. There is a downstairs WC and a conservatory – currently being used as a utility room – overlooking the back garden. Wooden spiral stairs lead up to a large main double bedroom, a smaller bedroom, a bathroom and separate WC. The latter is dwarfed in a large room which could become a good sized bathroom initself, freeing up the current bathroom to be a third bedroom; I hope that makes sense!
