If views are top of your French house shopping list, then this property has fantastic ones over sunflower fields and the Charente valley. The house itself has a new central heating system but will need some modernising: a new kitchen and bathroom. However, the views are already perfect.
As with any house with a sous sol (ground floor basement), the main accommodation is on the first floor. Both the kitchen and bathroom are rather dated, with 1970s style tiling.
