I must admit I hate to see properties described as “with Potential”; after all everything has potential. However, it really does apply here. From the outside it just looks like a garage and barn, but that belies the inside. Work has already commenced on the conversion of an apartment and architectural plans are in place to create a two bedroom house and huge garage. If the conversion were extended to the garage the possibility is there to double the accommodation.
Enter through the garage door into what would become a 17.9 m² room. At the moment the staircase is at the back of this room, but the plans would be to move it into the main room at the rear. A 5 m² room could become the kitchen between the front and rear room of 24.4 m². Double patio doors at the rear lead to the courtyard, large enough to sit out in and enjoy the summer evenings and including a small outbuilding (shed). Upstairs there is currently an open usable space of 33.3 m² and an attic area of 22.5 m² of which about half could be used as a bathroom etc. The rest is into the eaves. The flooring is good throughout, there is a new electricity supply on site, but the wiring would need to be redone as the house is converted. Water is also on site and it is connected to the mains drainage.
The attached barn of 70.4 m² is a blank canvas, structurally sound. At the front of the property is a large courtyard for off road parking.
