There are two level plots of land available but they have not been decisively divided yet. This means you can decide how large or how small you want your plot to be. To find the price, you need to multiply the total number of square meters that you want by 9€ and then add around 6,000 € to 7,000 € to the total to cover Notaire’s fees, government taxes and the Papillon fee. So you do need to have a calculator but we have worked out the price of 1,500 m² to help you get an idea of the cost. Of course, we can calculate the exact figure for you if you contact us with your desired plot size.
The two plots are on the outskirts of a small village where there are just a few nice new properties bordering a tiny lane. Water and electricity is close by and outline planning permission has already been granted. We can help you with architects plans, paperwork and permits, off-the shelf designs, builders and any other assistance you may need during and after your purchase – all covered by the Papillon fee included in the price!
The village is situated just 5kms from Civray town centre where there is a lively community supported by a variety of commerce including supermarkets, bars, restaurants, banks, schools to all levels, builders merchants and a twice weekly market. Poitiers International Airport is 64kms away.© |
