The
house with the red shutters has been renovated and decorated whilst next
door, the little cottage to the right of the picture is included in the
price. There is all the work to do here but some of the materials will
be left and are also included in the price!
The new double glazed door leads from the quiet village street (there
is no commerce, so little traffic) into the cosy lounge. The wood burner
in the traditional fireplace also runs the central heating. To the left
is the separate dining room painted in sumptuous red with exposed beams.
At the rear of the house is the fitted kitchen and separate toilet. The
stairs lead up from the kitchen to a landing and two double bedrooms and
a bathroom. The stairs continue up to the attic space which could be converted
although there is a very low beam across the middle. All the rooms are

The nearest shop and bar is 5kms away at Alloue whilst for supermarkets
and other commerce, Confolens on the river Vienne is about 10kms away
