The kitchen also has a door to the utility room and toilet plus access into the unconverted part of the barn currently used as a garage. There is a cupboard for the electrics for the turbine which used to supply free electricity, however, the turbine itself needs replacing. There is new electric in the house, new windows and a new roof.

The gîte in the stable has a living room, dining room, toilet and fitted kitchen on the ground floor and two bathrooms and four large bedrooms upstairs. The other gîte is in the old mill and has a living room, kitchen, shower room and toilet downstairs, whilst upstairs are two large bedrooms and one small plus a bathroom and toilet. The house is secluded with no close neighbours yet two villages with a shop and a bar in each are only 3kms away. The pretty town of Confolens is 12kms away and has shops and supermarkets etc. ©
