Part of this house was originally a shop and could perhaps be restored to its former use and the mayor is just around the corner for advice. Otherwise there is plenty of scope here to make a large family home although it is a pity there is no garden.

The ground floor consists of a lounge, a very basic kitchen - only the sink remains - and a large room which was the original shop premises, with a storeroom to the rear of this. On the first floor are one large and four medium size bedrooms and a shower room with WC. There is a sizeable attic space offering further potential accommodation. The village has a boulangerie, but for main shopping and other amenities you need to go to La Souterraine or Dun-le-Palestel, each about 20 minutes' drive. The A20 motorway is about 30 minutes' drive, with Limoges a further hour away. ©
