The pros first, lots of space, lots of land, swimming pool, separate gîte. The cons, the main house needs bringing up to date, it’s habitable but rather old fashioned, and the façade needs smartening up.
The main house has a central hall with a kitchen on one side. Next to the kitchen, a large utility room gives access to the attached barn. The large barn could be converted into a third house if you need it. The garden is private and mostly given over to lawn. The pool overlooks the rest of the land and views across the countryside. It is almost an infinity pool, but not quite.
