This is the ideal spot to take a well earned break from the bustle of every day life. A little cottage situated in a quiet hamlet, within walking distance of the bar and boulangerie. The village has town gas and mains drainage, both quite rare in rural France.
The front door opens straight onto a large living room/kitchen. The living area has wood flooring and an open fireplace with wood-burning stove. The hamlet is situated just outside the village of Exideuil where there are some small shops and a couple of bars. The market town of Roumaziers-Loubert, which has supermarkets, pharmacy etc., is only a five minute drive away, and the airport at Limoges is a handy 43 kms away. © |
