What's the Catch....

Ref: CD6017

Village house

Ready to live in

3 bedrooms

200m2 garden

Central heating

Village

Commune: Vitrac St Vincent (16)

When I first saw this house I thought it was such a bargain there must be a catch. The only downside I could find however, was that the garden is not attached, but a few meters up the lane. If this is not a problem for you then this house is worth a look. It has mains drainage and town gas and has already had a lot of work done.

One of the two front doors opens onto a large kitchen with fireplace and some fitted units. Next is an equally large lounge, with another fireplace, newly tiled floor and the other front door. To the rear is a shower room and separate toilet. There is also a large workshop/storeroom. Upstairs there is a mezzanine landing and three good sized bedrooms, one of which has a lovely old stone fireplace. There is also an unconverted attic room without a window. This could be opened out into the mezzanine, or perhaps become a second bathroom.

The small garden is only about twenty metres up the lane, and though there is no garage, there are plenty of parking spaces just opposite the house.

Vitrac is a very pretty village with it's own primary school. It is situated about 8kms from Chasseneuil-sur-Bonnieure, where there are shops supermarkets and restaurants. ©
