The
present owner of this property is of Dutch origin, and like many of his
countrymen, he likes things to be kept in good order. His house and garden
are no exception, and though you may want to update some of the décor
there is nothing else to do but enjoy the view.
From the balcony we enter the front door to a hall with it's beautiful
marble floor. To the right is the living room, where the marble floor
is continued. Patio doors open onto the balcony and frame the beautiful
view. On the other side of the hall is the newly fitted kitchen. The dishwasher,
hob and extractor are staying. There are three bedrooms, the smallest
is currently used as an office, and the largest has fitted wardrobes.
There is a very 1970's brown bathroom, and separate toilet. A staircase
leads down from the living room to what was once the garage. It has been
converted to a large living area with a corner kitchen, and two bedrooms.
There is a shower room which unfortunately also houses the central heating
boiler. Naturally there is a wine cellar tucked down here too. A glazed
door leads from the second kitchen into the well tended garden.
A path meanders through the trees to three garages and a workshop. There
is also another little office here with it's own WC.
The property is within walking distance of Chazelles, where you will find
all the day to day amenities you will need. © |
