of the Boutonne valley. The gite is set in its own courtyard with an
acre of land for the family to play in. The cottage was fully renovated
in 2002 to provide excellent value.

The
accommodation comprises: A living room with double sofa bed T.V and
Video. The kitchen area is well stocked with a full cooker, fridge,
freezer, microwave and a dishwasher. There are three bedrooms, two with
twin beds and one with a bunk bed. Separate bathroom and toilet make
up the rest of the property. A cot is available. Outside in the private
courtyard there is garden furniture for all the party and a BBQ. The
swimming pool (10mx4m) and paddling pool is heated from mid May to the
end of September and is shared with the owners.
The cottage was fully renovated in 2002 to provide excellent value.
We are open all year round.

8km, the coast is less than an hours drive. Airports for flights to
and from the UK are within easy reach at La Rochelle and Poitiers and
road communications are excellent.
