and WC adjacent.There is a swimming pool, sauna, terrace for the use
of guests and 2 acres of woodland to explore.

Situation:

L'Hermitage is within walking distance of the centre of Civray in the
southern part of Vienne (86) and a short drive from the Papillon Properties
main office. The town is close to the borders of Charente (16) and Deux-Sevres
(79). Civray is about 45 minutes from Poitiers where there are flights
from Stansted and a main line railway station with regular TGV trains.
