We found our place in the sun, now stay with us while you hunt for yours. We offer self-catering in Hanc, not far from Chef Boutonne. You can enjoy leisurely walks, bike rides, alfresco dining, swimming or sunbathing by the pool and relaxing with a glass of local Pineau. |

The Gite has two bedrooms, lounge/diner, kitchen and bathroom. It has its own courtyard garden with BBQ, table and chairs.
The Gite has an information book with details of days out, local markets, restaurants etc.
It is ideally situated for those househunting.
Pool shared with owner.
All amenities in Chef Boutonne, about 4 minutes drive. |
Location |
Situated in the Deux-Sèvres (79) near Chef Boutonne, Poitiers is our nearest airport and St. Malo the nearest Channel port. TGV trains are convenient and access from the A10 or N10 is easy. Please enquire about cheaper ferry prices for clients. |
Prices |
Gite prices:
Prices range from 225 GBP per week and this includes gas, electricity,
tourist tax, bedding and towels, use of pool, BBQ and bikes.
The barn now has English TV.
There are no extras.
We believe once a holiday is paid for that should be it. |
