Barns and houses to renovate start from 25,000 euros all fees included. Of course, if you want to buy land on which to build your own grand design, we have that too from 15,000 euros.

Two or three bedroom houses which are habitable but need a bit of modernisation and some decorating skills applied, will cost from around 100,000 euros although we sometimes have pretty village houses for less.

If you want to move straight into your new home without having to do more than choose the curtains, then you need to set aside around 150,000 euros for a small country property or a reasonable town house. At 200,000 euros, you can expect an attractive family home.

For a budget of around 300,000 euros, we have a selection of quality properties in prime locations often with potential for gîtes or even with an existing holiday let.
